Implementation of multipoint connections in an ATM switching network

This paper presents the problems in the implementation of multipoint connections at switching level using the example of an ATM switching network. By choosing the proper routeing mechanism and the appropriate architecture of the switching element, a switching network can gradually be adapted to an increasing share of multipoint traffic. The first section describes the problems with the handling of multipoint connections within a multiple stage connection oriented switching network. In particular this refers to the routeing of the cells through the switching network. Several alternatives on this issue are discussed. Both, the selected approach based on a differentiated self-routeing mechanism and the corresponding cell format are introduced. In the second part of this article several switch architectures are compared in respect of their multipoint capability. It is demonstrated that at present the most promising solution are switching elements based on the principle of central buffering. A single chip solution using this concept is employed in the presented switching network.     

生物超微弱发光的光子计数成象方法

介绍了我们研制和设计的用于测量生物超微弱发光的光子计数成象系统，包括光子成象头，高帧频ＣＣＤ摄象机，图象采集系统和计算机，可以定量地探测出生物的发光强度分布 ，还能够显示出其发光的图象，确定发光的形状和位置，本系统的信噪比为１０：１，最小探测功率达１０＾－１６Ｗ，灵敏度高，动态范围大。     

反井钻及其在我国水电工程的应用

本文介绍了反井钻这一新型的竖井和斜井开挖施工设备，以及该设备在国内水电工程中的应用。实践证明，在适当的地质地形条件下，反井钻比人工正井法、吊罐、阿里马克爬罐法都具有明显的优越性，值得在国内其它水电工程中推广应用。     

一种新型声波降粘防蜡装置

新型声波降粘防措装置由上、下接头、振动簧片和收缩喷嘴构成。装置安装在抽油泵泵简之下，尾管之上，在压差作用下井下流体以较大速度从装置的喷嘴射出，冲击振动簧片，产生机械振动声波，油水混合液在声波中产生相应的声波力学效应和分散乳化作用等，使混合液在油管内的粘度降低，蜡晶不易聚集长大，从而达到降粘防蜡延长油井热洗周期的目的。室内试验及现场近20口井的应用情况表明，这种装置具有结构简单、成本低廉、应用方便等特点，具有明显的降粘防蜡效果。     

计算机网络远程通信系统软硬件设计与实现

本文介绍一种新型远程通信系统，它克服了一般远程通信系统速度慢的缺点，将通信速度提高了８０多倍，同时，其硬件比一般远程通信系统简单，成本只有一般远程通信系统的一半左右，进一步提高了新型远程通信系统的性能价格比。在新型系统中精简了远程通信协议，提高了信道有效利用率；采用了各种行之有效的数据压缩算法，并加以改造，使之性能最佳；提供了程序远程透明执行功能，大大提高了系统的响应速度。

Attachment of Salmonella typhimurium to Poultry Skin as Related to Cell Viability

³H-labeled S. typhimurium cells inactivated by gamma-radiation (⁶⁰Co) and by formaldehyde (5%) were used to determine if cell viability affected attachment to poultry skin. Both gamma-irradiated and formal-dehyde-treated cells attached like live cells. There was no difference in attachment between cells grown in a chemically defined medium (SCDM) or in brain heart infusion broth (BHI). Live and gamma-irradiated cells and BHI-grown and SCDM-grown cells had similar surface hydrophobicity. Live and gamma-irradiated cells had similar cell surface charges, whereas BHI and SCDM-grown cells had different surface charges. Differences in cell surface charge did not affect attachment rate.     

Characteristic Anthocyanin Pattern from Onions and other Allium spp

Three red onion (Allium cepa) cultivars, top onion (A. cepa var. vivi-parum), A. altaicum and chive (A. schoenoprasum) contained several or all of the following anthocyanins: 3-(6′-malonyl-3′-glucosylglucoside), 3-(3′,6′-dimalonylglucoside), 3-(6′-malonylglucoside), 3-(3′-malonyl-glucoside), 3-(3′-glucosylglucoside) and 3-glucoside of cyanidin. Trace amounts of two pelargonidin derivatives and the 3,5-diglucosides of cyanidin and peonidin were for the first time reported in red onion. Carbon NMR data showed that the sugars of the 3-(6′-malonyl-3′-glu-cosylglucoside), 3-(6′-malonylglucoside) and 3-glucoside of cyanidin were pyranoses. Substitution either by sugar or acid in the sugar 3-position of an anthocyanin has never been reported outside the genus Allium.
